16. Write a blog entry promoting the listing and linking back to the single-property web site. This has the benefit of not only being seen by our normal blog traffic, but linking to your homes’ single-property website works very well with Google and the other search engines. This gets your homes’ website to be spidered much sooner than normal.
This step is important as it has several vital benefits. First it is a direct advertisement for your property to the many visitors coming to okchomesllers.com. Secondly, it provides valuable backlinks to the single property website we’ve already created. Thirdly, my blog posts also automatically go to my Facebook business page and provide your property information to all my fans. Lastly, the blog post also hits my Twitter account providing a link back to the post.
I hope you are beginning to see how all these steps in the marketing plan are beginning to interweave with one another to provide maximum exposure for your home.
