Origin of the Hole In The Wall Dining Guide

Years ago, I frequently showed houses to out-of-town buyers. I found myself pointing out the good places to eat. The places that would take a while to find on your own if you didn't know about them, and thus began this Oklahoma City hole-in-the-wall dining guide. A handy reference to the "off the beaten path" restaurants.
