6. Room Dimensions. We will measure room dimensions and include this on the MLS. Unfortunately most agents fail to do this and we have found that this is something many buyers desire.
OK, maybe this isn’t the big deal that’s going to push you house over the edge to ‘sold’! It’s a minor detail, but one that we do. I know buyers like this because I’ve had a number of them tell me that.
Checking the MLS today, I find that only 16% of the listings include room dimensions. This almost fits with the old axiom that 20% of the people do 80% of the business.
Hmmmm, maybe the attention to small details does make a difference!
