This is the ninth post in the series “Real Estate Property Marketing Plan To Sell Your Oklahoma City Home”.
From our comprehensive marketing plan:
8. Video. We don’t do this for every listing. We only do it when we have a story to tell, because video without a story is anti-marketing — worse than doing nothing. If the sellers or the neighbors have an interesting story to tell, that can work. Often, just using the neighborhood photos with a voiceover can make an interesting film.
I’d Like To Thank The Academy…
Well no, we’re not going to win an Oscar doing real estate video. However, video has become a very important medium. The OKCHomeSellers Team YouTube Channel receives a lot of traffic to view our videos. Keep in mind that Google owns YouTube and YouTube, since 2008 is the #2 search engine on the web, behind Google.
If there’s not a story to tell by videoing the homeowner, I’ll put up an video of the property onto YouTube.
