This is the twenty-second post in the series “Real Estate Property Marketing Plan To Sell Your Oklahoma City Home”.
From our comprehensive marketing plan:
22. Twitter your listing. We utilize a service which, multiple times per week, tweet information on your home and a link to our website.
Marketing is all about exposure. Tweetlister is an interesting service where listing information, along with photos and virtual tour links, can be input and then scheduled on Twitter. The schedule can include multiple tweets per week and at times specified.
Another benefit of this service is that each tweet has a link to property information. With that I can see traffic from Tweetlister to the listing. Currently I’m getting about 50 views per week on each listing from Tweetlister.

According to the site:
“TweetLister is perfect for real estate brokers and owners who are selling, renting or leasing properties of all types — residential, commercial, vacation, land and others. It gives you an easy and convenient way to quickly create Twitter-friendly “tweets” without any guesswork.
Every TweetLister tweet links to a detail page, which includes all of your information, an optional photo of your property, a link to your website or your own property detail page, and a contact form that sends you the information by email. Using TweetLister’s control panel, which you will see as soon as you login, you can access statistics about your listings, you can adjust the features and pricing in the listing, and you can view and download leads for each listing — so you don’t miss a potential deal!
If you’re looking for real estate, use our Search Listings feature — a way to locate Twitter real estate listings by the criteria that matters to you. You’ll see listings from TweetLister tweets and regular Twitter tweets, and be able to easily contact any seller using our contact form.
TweetLister was created by web veterans Lloyd Chrein, Mark Schleimer and Prerak Parikh, who have worked together for more than a decade creating websites and web-based tools for real estate companies of all kinds. With the advent of Twitter, and the tremendous potential it offers for reaching millions of people quickly and easily, Lloyd, Mark and Prerak instantly saw the need for a web tool that would help brokers and owners post, manage and schedule their Twitter listings in a friendly, familiar way”.
One of my goals is to always give my clients a dominant online position. Tweetlister is another tool to add to that arsenal.
