21. Facebook marketing. Your property will have its’ own Facebook Fan Page. Our blog posts about your property are fed to our OKCHomeSellers Team Fan Page and the Paradigm AdvantEdge Fan Page. We additionally run a Facebook Ad for your property to get at least 50,000 impressions.
I think it goes without say now that Facebook has become extremely powerful. Even that may be an understatement!
Facebook Fan Page For Your Property
We will make a Facebook fan page for your property. When you ‘Like’ it, it will then be visible to your social circle. Open house events, price changes and so forth can be publicized on this page. You should encourage your friends to ‘like’ this page also.
Property Information On Our Fan Page
As mentioned in a previous post, we do a blog post for your listing. Or we may do several – open houses, price changes and status changes. All these blog posts are fed to our OKCHomeSellers Team fan page on Facebook as well. All of this means more exposure for your property.
Facebook Ad
To garner immediate exposure for your property as it goes on the market, we will run a Facebook ad and gain at least 50,000 impressions. We target these ads to the particular demographic that would have the most interest in your home. This is much more effective than a non-targeted newspaper ad for example.
