However, on May 14,2010 you can see the median prices steadily falling, from approximately $230,500 to below $217,000, a 6% reduction. This also corresponds to a 7% increase in inventory. Over the last month the days-on-market has finally begun decreasing.
35% of the properties have had a price decrease. I feel this reflects sellers getting real on their pricing and we have been seeing difficulty getting appraisals making value.
