As you can see from the graph, the available inventory is steadily rising. If you look at reisreports.com for apartment market data you can see that the apartment vacancy rate is also climbing. For the 3rd Quarter of 2010 it is at 9.3 %. Hopefully this trend will reverse itself soon, not just here but for all of the US.
