I love the attitude of an American fighter pilot! As seen on a squadron plaque:
“When you pass that MiG driver canopy to canopy, maneuver your aircraft in such a manner as to leave no doubt in your opponent’s mind that after you’ve gunned his brains out, you will steal his wallet, burn down his house, take his wife and shoot his dog.”
How’s this relate to real estate? It really doesn’t, but on the other hand, don’t you want someone aggressive on your negotiating team?
