The Oklahoma City 2011 Parade of Homes runs daily from October 15th through October 23rd. Times are 1:00pm to 7:00pm.
Don’t have time to see all 110 homes by 65 builders in 78 neighborhoods during this year’s parade? Well, there are 6 Featured Neighborhoods. This years’ featured neighborhoods area Rose Creek, Iron Horse Ranch, Parke Place, Settler’s Ridge, Ponderosa Estates, and Williamson Farms.
Today we’ll take a look at Iron Horse Ranch. Don’t forget, Parade of Homes books are available at area Best Buy stores. There’s also an iPhone app available through the App Store.
Iron Horse Ranch
Iron Horse Ranch is one of Oklahoma’s largest master planned communities sitting on 1,600 acres at the corner of Coffee Creek and Coltrane. Iron Horse Ranch is a gated community with impressive entry and homes built around a lake on one-quarter to half acre lots. There’s a great clubhouse with indoor and outdoor fireplaces, grill, large covered porch and swimming pool. There’s also walking trails.
