A major apartment sale was announced today in Oklahoma City. Watersedge Apartments, Gardens at Reding Apartments and Oxford Oaks Apartments were sold comprising 1013 units and a $44.5 million sale price. This is great news for Oklahoma City’s commercial real estate market during this less than stellar year.
The average sale price per unit is $43,928 which increases the 2009 rate over the 2008 rate for 1980’s apartments.
