My IDX listings search provider just released an iPhone app that lets you search right from your iPhone! The application is free!
Naturally, the first thing I did was download the app and try it. I was impressed. It is fast and a typical good-looking iPhone app. It will default to your current location and show you listings around it. It is map based, so if you scroll away, you’ll need to refresh the screen to see listings.
You can select views by map, hybrid (map/satellite combo) or just a list of listings. Click on a listing and get the details, plus a photo gallery.
With the filter button, you can refine your price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage.
You can get the app from your iPhone applications app by searching for ‘IDX’. When you install the app, the first time you run it, you will need to put in my agent code, 4065.
